While Sweetface has been enjoying the Cardinals baseball playoffs in his
Man Cave downstairs I have been making jewelry in my Studio upstairs.
That's the perfect relationship, wouldn't you agree? :-)
Last night he sneaked (snuck?) upstairs and got a photo of me enjoying myself
at the jewelry table. The jewelry I most enjoy making is the kind I make from
bits and pieces of old vintage jewelry that I re-cycle into "new" pieces.
Each one is entirely one-of-a-kind, depending upon what I had to work with.
Here are a few pics of what I have made lately...
Each one is like one of my children; I love them all.
Which is your favorite?
I love the earrings with the ??pottery pieces that look like they have a painted design on them. What is the design? I love them.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a llama and a little man to me. I thought those beads were adorable, too! Off an old broken bracelet.
DeleteYou are a woman of so many talents. GO CARDS!!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the cheer for the Cardinals, Kimberly. I hope they win, but I watch Masterpiece Theatre while Sweetface deals with the anxiety about the game. :-)
DeleteOh Linda your jewelry pieces are just beautiful. You have an eye for color and design.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
Karen
Thank you, Karen. That's quite a compliment coming from you.
DeleteBeautiful work Linda. I especially like the earrings :-)
ReplyDeleteAnd those are the easiest to make, fortunately.
