Creamy Mocha Frozen Pie

Here is the recipe for the Creamy Mocha Frozen Pie that I made for our ladies luncheon.
I make it whenever I have an excuse to indulge in a delicious dessert--it is mouth watering.
Best part--you can make it ahead of time and keep it frozen until used.

2 teaspoons of instant coffee granules dissolved in 1 Tblsp. hot water
(Or strong brewed coffee would work.)

2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs (approx. 20 cookies)

1 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick)

2 (8oz each) pkgs. cream cheese, softened

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup chocolate flavored syrup

1 carton (8 oz) Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed

Put approx. 20 regular Oreo cookies in a zip lock baggie.
Break up into crumbs.
Combine cookie crumbs, 1/2 cup of the pecans and butter.
 Mix well.

Pat into bottom of a 9" x 13" baking dish.

In mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese till light and fluffy.
Add the coffee, condensed mile and chocolate syrup.
 Mix well.
Then fold in the whipped topping.

Spread mixture over the cookie crust evenly.

Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup pecan chips on top.
Cover and freeze.

Serve with fresh berries on top if desired.
It's SO worth the calories!

  1. mmmmm......You're right. I remember you served this at another luncheon at your home and it was wonderful!!!! I'm putting it on my list for our "Must haves" for Christmas Eve dinner.
