Sadly, no. I take Melatonin 10 an hour before bed and still have trouble for another hour or so....or more. And there are times when I must just lay and try very hard to quiet the voices in my head...those that remind me of what must be done and so forth and just repeat silently..SLEEP...SLEEP....SLEEP. Sometimes, imagining a favorite place and retreating there helps. Good luck.
Well, I've had sleeping issues lately, too, but it has to do with this nagging cough that came with a respiratory virus. I'll be happy when I get a good night's sleep again.
