Just a note to say I haven't forgotten you, Dear Reader, and I am wishing you a blessed New Year. I have just had a couple of days to regroup after our last family and friends gatherings over the past two weeks filled with food and crafts and gifts and togetherness. In a few moments we leave for the airport to pick up the next happy crew of houseguests for the a few days. Meanwhile, I hope you have had happy moments and cherished memories, too.
I am trying, between busyness, to think about New Year's Resolutions...do you have any?
Happy New Year, dear Linda!! No resolutions yet, but after I get through all of this record keeping for taxes, that is next on my list :)
ReplyDeleteThat is exactly what Sweetface has been working on, year end records. Argh. First NY Resolution: Do not get behind on financial records!
DeleteI think if I was your houseguest I would never want to leave! Love the kitty in the box and that craft room!!! Happy New Year Linda!
ReplyDeleteI would never want you to leave! Let me know when you are coming our way and we will make a play date for sure. ☺️
DeleteNew year's resolution: Work at least one hour on my book every day!
ReplyDeleteYou go, Girl. Can you believe I finished my book over a year ago and just haven't gotten around to publishing it yet? Maybe that should be on this year's resolutions? Let me know when yours is out!
DeleteHappy New Year Linda! You guys are all so good...I don't start my bookkeeping until like the middle of January. Right now I am enjoying the time off with my kids and hubby. However, ebay has been buzzing. My goal for the new year is embracing minimalism!!
ReplyDeleteOoh, I love that, embracing minimalism! Tops on my list, too.
DeleteHappy New Year! I love your photo's. Your sewing room is an incredible space. And the pic where you are down on the floor, working with Mod podge.... oh my, I love the blue lady in the back ground! What fun you girls are having!
ReplyDeleteIt really is a girl thing playing like that, isn't it? Nothing could be more delightful that's true.
DeleteLooks like you've been one busy lady, Linda! I'm waiting for this weekend, when I'll finally have a few quiet moments to myself, to sit with pad and pen and write about what I hope my new year will look like. I hope 2015 brings you much peace, joy and contentment. I'm so glad I found your blog this year!

I hope you will share your resolutions with us. Like you, I will have to wait a few more days to get that contemplative time. Thank you for stopping in.
